Full-Time | Equine Hospital | Start Date: No Later Than December 1, 2026
Are you a night owl who also happens to love horses? We may have the perfect job for you.
We’re looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our equine hospital team in a full-time overnightposition.
While most people are sleeping, our hospital is still caring for horses who need monitoring, treatments, medications, and a watchful eye. We’re looking for someone who enjoys the quieter pace of overnightwork, is confident working independently, and doesn’t mind when their coworkers occasionally weigh 1,200 pounds.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing overnightnursing care for hospitalized equine patients
- Monitoring patients and recognizing changes that need a veterinarian’s attention
- Administering medications and treatments as directed
- Assisting with emergency cases and procedures as needed
- Maintaining accurate patient records and communicating clearly with the veterinary team
- Helping keep the hospital clean, organized, stocked, and ready for the next day
- Providing the kind of thoughtful, compassionate care you’d want for your own horse
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who:
- Is a Licensed Veterinary Technician

Has extensive equine experience and is comfortable working with horses and hospitalized patients
- Can work confidently and independently while knowing when to call for help
- Is organized, dependable, and a good communicator
- Actually likes working overnightshifts. Yes, those people really do exist, and we would very much like to meet one.
- Brings a positive attitude and a good sense of humor to the team

This is a full-time position with a start date no later than December 1, 2026.
- Compensation:
- Base salary of $40,000 - $50,000 DOE
- Eligible for periodic bonus
