Working closely with engineering and production teams, this role drives continuous improvement in machining processes, enhances manufacturing efficiency, and supports the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer and operational requirements\nESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES\nWrite, edit, and optimize CNC programs for various machines.\nInterpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.\nSet up machines and perform test runs.\nSelect appropriate tools and materials for jobs.\nTroubleshoot and resolve programming and machine issues.\nMaintain records and documentation for programs and setups.\nTrain and mentor entry-level programmers and operators.\nQualifications\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS\nAssociate’s degree in CNC programming or related field preferred.\n2-5 years of CNC programming experience.\nExperience with mills, lathes, and routers.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for up to 8 hours per day. The employee frequently uses hands and arms to handle materials and equipment and may be required to walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but at times loud.
