This role requires experience operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), the ability to work at heights, and a high level of accuracy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.\nESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES\nOperate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner\nPick, pack, and stage orders accurately to meet customer and production requirements\nPerform put-away, replenishment, and inventory transactions within the warehouse management system\nLoad and unload trucks while verifying quantities and inspecting for damage\nWork at elevated heights (via order picker or similar equipment) to retrieve and store materials\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and OSHA standards\nSupport cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy\nAdapt to multiple warehouse functions including receiving, shipping, and material movement as business needs require\nCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and quality goals\nQualifications\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS\nHigh school diploma/ GED required, associates preferred\nPrior experience in a warehouse environment required \nCertified or experienced in operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)\nComfortable working at heights and using fall protection equipment where required\nStrong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy\nAbility to perform multiple tasks and shift priorities as needed (versatility)\nBasic computer skills and experience with warehouse systems preferred ( Epicor, SAP, Infor, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) \nAbility to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly\nStrong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\n\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for up to 8 hours per day. The employee frequently uses hands and arms to handle materials and equipment and may be required to walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.\n\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\n\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but at times loud.
