Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.\nWHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:\nWork individually or as part of a team to assemble, fill, kit, prepare, label, and/or package an entire product or component of a product according to Work Instructions. \nCompletes work based on specifications, drawings, job routings, and/or Work Instructions. \nSelects and moves production materials as required. \nMaintains equipment and materials necessary to complete the operation. \nMeets established safety, quality, and performance standards to ensure production schedules are met. \nRecords accurate information on Manufacturing Order and performs transactions necessary to maintain accurate records and inventory balances. \nComplies with all applicable safety procedures, quality specifications, and 5S Standards. Reports adverse conditions, non-conforming products/procedures, and 5S violations to department leader in accordance to escalation procedure. \nAdheres to department 5S standards daily. Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area. \nIn accordance with escalation procedure, notify team leader or other appropriate resource when problems arise concerning safety, quality, equipment, operations, materials, inventory, documentation, etc. \nDemonstrates flexibility by performing rotational assignments as needed.
