WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Manage day-to-day purchasing activities for site supplies, one-off requests and Kanban items. Plan and prioritize work orders and customer expedites based on sales requirements, manufacturing lead times and level-loading needs. Provide lead time for custom or high volume customer requests. Provide support for purchase orders related to MRP and outside processing, as well as quoting for custom orders. Update PO delivery dates and PO values in JDE. Assist with PO/Invoice reconciliation. Support Warehouse team with OS&D’s. Work collaboratively with procurement, materials, warehouse and project teams to ensure corporate and departmental objectives are achieved and maintained. Liaise as required with Project Services and Accounts Payable departments, as well as other internal business units.
