Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.\nYOU HAVE:\nReview prints to confirm job requirements and quantities; consult team lead as needed.\nIdentify the correct material before pulling and loading it into the machine.\nLoad the correct program file or program the machine directly.\nInspect the machine and material and make necessary adjustments.\nStart machine operation and continuously monitor progress.\nTroubleshoot minor machine issues and support maintenance and repair teams with equipment concerns.\nInspect parts for quality and accuracy; deburr edges and/or countersink holes as needed\nMark the ID number on each part before requesting inspection.\nFollow all safety procedures, work instructions, 5-S guidelines, and productivity goals.\nAble to manually lift items up to 40 lbs. and spend most of each shift standing and walking in a non-air-conditioned production environment.\nUse Tape measure, calipers, gantry crane, handheld power tools (drill & router), calculator, square, and marker.\nOther duties as assigned\nYOU HAVE:\nAble to accurately read blueprints, convert fractions to decimals, and calculate tape measurements to 1/16”.\nHigh school diploma or equivalency (GED) preferred but not required. Prior fabrication machine operator experience strongly preferred.
