What you will experience in this position: Analyze existing designs and implement changes to improve performance, manufacturability, and cost efficiency. Provide technical support for production issues, field failures, and customer escalations. Collaborate with multi-functional teams (Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D) to resolve product issues and drive continuous improvement. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for design-related problems. Develop and maintain documentation, including design specifications, test protocols, and change orders. Support regulatory compliance and coordinate third-party testing as needed. Use CAD tools and design analysis techniques (DFMEA, CFD, FEA) to validate design changes. You have: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering degree required. 2+ years of experience in sustaining engineering, product support, or related roles required. Proficiency in CAD software
