Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.\nWHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:\nUnderstand the challenges faced by prospects, customers, and the industry in relation to electrical CAD driven software applications\nAddress customer issues over the phone, email, chat, and in person\nSupervise progress on customer cases raised to vendors and 3rd party providers\nBuild and deliver software solution training and professional services (online and inperson) for customer implementations\nAuthor blogs, videos, podcasts, and webinars to educate users and provide self-help\nSuggest improvements to customer design and manufacturing processes in the electrical control systems market\nBuild new solution definitions to meet customer challenges using electrical design and manufacturing applications\nDrive customer success with excellent customer interactions and experience\nYOU HAVE:\nAcademic background in Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering\nPrevious experience in or with 5+ years of related experience required; working with Electrical design tools in the Enclosure and automation design space is preferred\nExperience with post-sales implementation and support, and applications engineering\nExperience delivering technical support, training, field support, or applications engineering support for software applications. Implementation experience is highly preferred\nProven experience in programming (.net platform/ VBScript / Python) or project management preferred\nAbility to travel 25% of the time on average with up to 50%\nExperience documenting requirements and proposing solutions with a preference in the electrical or automation space, with any Electrical CAD software. Examples include AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, Zuken E3.series, SEE Electrical, EPLAN, SolidWorks Electrical.\nExperience working with standard relational databases like MS SQL, Oracle, SQLite preferred.\nFluent English & Spanish.
