This role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and execution of standardized processes while developing customer service and business knowledge.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess customer orders accurately and efficiently within ERP systems.\nServe as the main point of contact for assigned customers, building long-term, trusted relationships.\nProvide clear, timely, and accurate information to new and existing customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle.\nManage customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring professional, solution-oriented responses.\nMaintain and update customer master data, pricing information, and contractual records.\nSupport quotation preparation and quotation follow-up activities.\nCoordinate routine order-related activities between Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Care teams.\nSupport shipment tracking and delivery status communication.\nAssist with customer onboarding activities and account setup.\nManage contracts, agreements, and related documentation.\nSupport commercial teams with supplier registrations, questionnaires, and administrative requests.\nEnsure customer data accuracy across systems and databases.\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and process standardization.\nFollow defined procedures, service standards, and compliance requirements.\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.\n3-5 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role within an industrial or B2B environment.\nExperience with ERP/CRM systems is advantageous but not required.\nExperience in a customer-oriented environment is a plus.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy.\nGood organizational and time-management skills.\nCustomer-focused mindset.\nAbility to work with repetitive and transactional processes.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office.\nAbility to learn new systems and digital tools quickly.\nTeam-oriented and collaborative approach.\nProactive attitude and willingness to learn.\nFluency in French, Dutch and English.\nWE HAVE:\nA dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day\n\nnVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
