This role is responsible for estimating, bidding, negotiating, administering, and coordinating contracts to ensure accuracy, cost control, compliance, and timely fulfillment. The position serves as a key liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, and transportation providers to support successful project execution.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nDirect and manage activities related to transportation and site services contracts.\nReview transportation and site service estimates, performance requirements, and delivery schedules for completeness and accuracy.\nCompile data for estimates, bids, process specifications, progress reports, and related documentation.\nNegotiate contract awards and administer contracts, including final approval of payments.\nMaintain accurate contract and contractor status databases.\nReview and respond to correspondence with transportation companies and site contractors.\nEstablish and maintain strong working relationships with transportation providers and site contractors.\nCoordinate with production and transportation personnel to ensure contract fulfillment.\nInitiate and manage change orders for transportation and site-related activities outside the company’s scope of work.\nServe as the primary liaison between the company and subcontractors.\nReview project cost summary reports for accuracy and completeness.\nEnsure Operations Equipment Manuals (OEMs) are developed and completed for projects.\nFoster a positive work environment that encourages pride in work, customer focus, accountability, and individual initiative.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nYou Have:\nAssociate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred\n5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.\nAbility to interpret instructions. Ability to read and interpret professional journals.\nAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.\nAbility to effectively manages change, competing demands, and unexpected challenges.\nAbility to coordinate multiple projects, communicate progress and changes, and meet deadlines and budgets.\nAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office.
