You will work closely with employees, supervisors, and leadership teams to ensure safety remains a core value throughout the organization.\nThis is an opportunity to influence change, lead improvement initiatives, and help create a workplace where safety and wellbeing come first.\nDrive a proactive safety culture and lead continuous safety improvement initiatives.\nCoach and support employees and leaders on Environmental, Health & Safety matters.\nManage the incident reporting process and lead investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.\nProvide clear direction and support to achieve site EHS objectives.\nMonitor and report progress toward safety and environmental performance goals.\nSupport Team Leaders and Shift Leaders in addressing EHS challenges and opportunities.\nPromote employee engagement and ownership of safety across all levels of the organization.\nParticipate in and facilitate Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement events.\nIdentify risks, implement preventive measures, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.\nYOU HAVE:\nSincere interest in EHS, in the protection of people & environment and loss prevention.\n3+ years work experience in the manufacturing environment.\nStrongly able to self manage with good initiative, able to plan & organize, resolve problems, handle pressure and have good working attitude.\nStrong interpersonal skill, ability to communicate and interact effectively with team members and people.\nFluent Polish & English (both spoken & written).\nComputer skills: MS Excel, Power Point\nWE HAVE:\nA dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day\nnVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
