Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.\nJoin our team as aFacilities Technician to support our operations on3rd Shift.\nHours are Monday-Friday 9:45PM-6:15AM\nIn this position, you will get to:\nPerform a variety of duties including industrial plumbing, light construction, general labor, and other various facility maintenance tasks.\nSome job responsibilities include:\nGeneral labor\n\nPainting (interior/exterior)\n\nPlumbing\n\nSupporting remodel projects\n\nInert gas system maintenance\n\nSupport maintenance team as needed with breakdowns and/or projects\n\nThe ideal candidate will have:\nExperience in an industrial or manufacturing environment\n\nKnowledge and personal or professional experience in one or more of the following:\nPlumbing\n\nHVAC - Light commercial\n\nCompressed air systems - Light commercial\n\nInert gas system maintenance\n\nAbility to obtain a special boilers license and 608 reclaim certification within 9 months required\n\nComputer skills to navigate websites, email, and other office programs\n\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as design drawings, blueprints, safety guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.\n\nA High School diploma, Trade School or Military training preferred.\n\nWE HAVE:\nA dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day\nnVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.
