In this role, you’ll guide daily activities, support your team, and help drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the warehouse.\nWhat you will do:\nLead day-to-day warehouse operations to meet production and shipping commitments\nProvide work direction, coaching, and support to hourly team members\nTrain and onboard new employees and temporary workers\nMonitor daily performance and take action to keep the team on track\nPartner with supervisors and support teams to resolve operational issues\nPromote a safe, organized work environment and reinforce safety expectations\nIdentify opportunities for improvement and engage the team in problem-solving\nOperate equipment such as forklifts and other material handling tools as needed\nWhat we’re looking for:\nHigh school diploma or GED\n2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience\nPrevious leadership or team lead experience preferred\nForklift certification and ability to pass internal testing required\nComfortable using computer systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, warehouse systems)\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nAbility to communicate clearly and work effectively with others\nA positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to be hands-on\nShift Details: Saturday - Monday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.
