WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

We are seeking aMachine Operator - Forming to join our manufacturing team inTempe, Arizona. In this role, you will operate and maintain forming equipment used to produce metal components that support critical infrastructure around the world. You will be responsible for machine setups, quality inspections, production monitoring, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

You'll be part of a team that manufactures products used indata centers, hospitals, warehouses, and commercial buildings worldwide.

1st Shift Opportunity

Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour

Shift Differential: Up to $1.00 per hour

Potential Earnings: Up to $23.00 per hour

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Operate forming equipment to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
  • Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and equipment adjustments.
  • Load raw materials and monitor production runs for efficiency and quality.
  • Inspect finished products using measuring tools to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
  • Follow all safety procedures and identify opportunities to improve workplace safety.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and waste reduction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.

YOU HAVE:

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Experience

  • 1+ year of manufacturing, machine operating, or production experience preferred.
  • Experience operating forming, stamping, fabrication, or similar manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Skills

  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation.
  • Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and tape measures.
  • Strong mechanical proficiency and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed.
  • Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work safely around moving machinery and manufacturing equipment.
