Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.\nWhat you will experience in this position:\nIdentify and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime for manufacturing-related issues. \nEvaluate and order essential tools and fixtures to promote safety and efficiency for production team members. \nImplement Lean Manufacturing initiatives and participate in continuous improvement activities. \nAssist with new product launches and process development. \nRecommend product improvements and maintain standard drawings and work instructions. \nSupport manufacturing of custom/standard product bills, routings, and supplemental data. \nProvide documentation for estimating the cost of materials and labor of manufactured products. \nUnderstand product complexity and equipment requirements to select appropriate manufacturing lines/processes. \nWork with multi-functional team members on capital planning and acquisition projects. \nYou have:\nWe’re looking for a proven candidate who can bring a flawless execution to our ambitious projects. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.
