Analysis and Requirements Gathering:\nPartner with business stakeholders, process owners, and subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across a broad range of ERP-enabled business processes.\nFacilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to understand business challenges, operational needs, and improvement opportunities.\nTranslate business needs into functional requirements, process documentation, user stories, and solution specifications.\nEvaluate enhancement requests and recommend solutions utilizing standard Oracle EBS functionality and best practices wherever possible.\nAct as a trusted advisor to business teams by providing guidance on ERP capabilities, process impacts, and solution alternatives.\nBusiness Process Documentation and Improvement\nDocument and maintain current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, procedures, and system interactions.\nCreate process maps, business requirements documents, use cases, and operating procedures.\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardize processes, enhance controls, and eliminate manual workarounds.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and business process harmonization across functions and business units.\nOracle E-Business Suite ERP Functional Support\nSupport Oracle EBS business processes and applications across multiple functional areas\nCollaborate with functional and technical teams to evaluate system capabilities, support solution design, and assess impacts of proposed changes.\nAssist in troubleshooting business application issues and identifying root causes.\nSupport integration requirements between Oracle EBS and connected business systems.\nTesting & Quality Assurance\nDevelop test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts based on documented business requirements.\nCoordinate and participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and deployment validation activities.\nDocument test results, defects, and remediation efforts.\nValidate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and operational objectives.\nSupport release planning, deployment readiness, and post-production validation activities.\nProject & Transformation Support\nSupport ERP enhancement projects, upgrades, acquisitions, business integrations, and transformation initiatives.\nCollaborate with project managers, functional analysts, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.\nAssist with change management, training, and business readiness activities.\nHelp define reporting, dashboards, analytics, and key performance indicators to support operational decision-making.\nContribute to Agile, Lean, and structured project delivery methodologies to ensure successful outcomes.\nYOU HAVE:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or related field\nIdeally 7+ years experience as a business analyst, ERP analyst, functional analyst, or similar role.\nExperience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications and business processes.\nDemonstrated experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.\nExperience creating process documentation, workflows, functional requirements, and testing documentation.\nExperience coordinating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business validation activities.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels.\nExperience supporting project-based, engineer-to-order (ETO), configure-to-order (CTO), or complex manufacturing businesses.\nUnderstanding of project lifecycle management, project costing, project accounting, contract management, and operational execution within project-driven organizations.\nExperience with Oracle EBS modules such as Projects, Project Accounting, Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Cost Management, or Financials.\nExperience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, carve-outs, or business integrations.\nFamiliarity with Agile delivery methodologies and requirements management practices.\nExperience with reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Oracle BI, or similar tools.\nExposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and ERP modernization initiatives.\nSelf-starter who takes ownership, works independently, and consistently follows through on commitments with minimal supervision.\nStrong business partner and communicator who effectively collaborates across functions and translates business needs into technical solutions and technical concepts into business language.\nThrives in a fast-paced environment, successfully managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.\nDemonstrates sound business process
