The role combines people leadership, solution architecture, hands-on Oracle expertise, and operational ownership across KTLO, enhancements, upgrades, and transformation.\nWHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:\nLead, mentor, and grow a team of Oracle functional resources, establishing clear ownership and providing technical direction.\nOwn the end-to-end Oracle solution architecture across O2C, P2P, Financials, and Project Accounting.\nDesign and validate functional solutions, configuration, integrations, and data flows, ensuring alignment with Oracle best practices.\nPartner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations leadership to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.\nAnalyze production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and serve as the senior escalation point to ensure system stability.\nLead Oracle R12 modernization and Fusion Cloud transformation initiatives, including full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.\nIdentify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement, focusing on automation and reducing unnecessary customizations.\nDefine and execute migration strategies, functional designs, testing approaches, cutover plans, and post-implementation stabilization.\nCoordinate internal resources, offshore teams, and third-party vendors to build internal capabilities and reduce dependency.\nCommunicate complex Oracle concepts clearly to executive\nYOU HAVE:\nIdeally 12+ years of Oracle experience, with significant hands-on Oracle EBS R12 and/or Fusion Cloud expertise.\nProven experience leading full lifecycle Oracle implementations, upgrades, and production support (KTLO).\nStrong functional expertise across O2C, P2P, Financials, and Project Accounting modules.\nAbility to navigate between business process analysis, functional design, configuration, and solution architecture.\nPrevious experience managing or mentoring Oracle resources.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nSoft Skills:\nDemonstrates a positive, solutions-oriented attitude and remains calm, resilient, and effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.\nProven leader with the ability to coach, develop, motivate, and hold team members accountable while building a culture of ownership and results.\nTakes initiative and operates as a self-starter, proactively identifying opportunities, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement with minimal direction.\nExhibits strong accountability, reliability, and follow-through, with a commitment to punctuality, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results.\nEffectively prioritizes competing demands, makes sound decisions under pressure, and communicates with confidence and professionalism across all levels of the organization.\nWE HAVE:\nA dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day\nnVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
