If you enjoy solving problems, working with cross-functional teams, and making a visible impact, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Experience in This Position:\nPartner with cross-functional teams to solve complex quality and manufacturing challenges using structured problem-solving methods.\nSupport customer and supplier quality activities, helping ensure a positive experience and strong partnerships.\nLead and facilitate root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma problem-solving efforts.\nSupport Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities for new products and processes.\nHelp develop quality standards, inspection plans, acceptance criteria, and process controls.\nDrive the use of quality tools and methodologies, including FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, FAI, PPAP, and process capability studies.\nParticipate in audits and help maintain compliance with our Quality Management System and ISO 9001 standards.\nAnalyze quality data, identify trends, and help implement corrective and preventive actions.\nCollaborate with teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, and customer support to improve products and processes. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.
