Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.\nWHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:\nRepresent the Quality function and serve as the primary liaison for customers, building strong relationships and confidence in our processes.\nEngage with customers at multiple organizational levels, proactively addressing concerns and aligning on quality expectations.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, engineering, operations, and suppliers, both within and outside the organization.\nSupport production teams in ensuring that high-quality, compliant products are consistently delivered in accordance with established processes.\nLead and participate in defect reduction initiatives, ensuring timely disposition of nonconformities and implementation of corrective actions.\nManage internal Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and external quality issues, including customer complaints, from identification through resolution.\nEvaluate suspect or nonconforming materials, working with cross-functional teams to quickly diagnose issues and implement effective corrective actions.\nLead quality problem-solving efforts methodologies, including containment actions, root cause analysis, and sustainable corrective actions.\nSupport Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities for new product launches, including PFMEAs, Control Plans, GR&R studies, Capability Studies, and First Article Inspections (FAI).\nYOU HAVE:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).\nFluent Polish, English - B2\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or quality-related processes.\nExperience leading technical or production teams in a manufacturing or operational environment.\nQuality certifications such as APQP-PPAP, and ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor training are highly preferred.\nExperience in process improvement, planning, Six Sigma methodologies, Lean Manufacturing, and quality systems.\nExperience using optical, multi-sensor, and scanning inspection equipment (preferred).\nExperience supporting quality initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites simultaneously (preferred).\nRegular reporting of quality data and performance metrics.\nCreation and maintenance of quality and production work instructions.\nKnowledge of quality methodologies and problem-solving tools, including 8D, RCCM, Ishikawa (Fishbone Diagram), A3, and others.\nKnowledge of PFMEA methodology, including Process Flow Charts, Control Plans, and Checklists.\nStrong analytical skills, ability to work independently and make decisions, as well as excellent communication skills.\nWE HAVE:\nA dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day\n\nnVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
