Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.\nWHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:\nLeading problem-solving activities related to both products and manufacturing processes, with support from the Quality Engineer.\nPerforming process validations, in-process inspections, and monitoring and analyzing the quality of manufacturing processes and products.\nSupporting design, manufacturing, and quality teams in data collection, analysis, product reviews, and process capability assessments.\nUnderstanding, following, and developing processes aligned with Quality Management System (QMS) objectives, as well as training other employees on QMS requirements and standards.\nConducting internal audits in accordance with ISO standards and supporting audits in designated areas.\nPreparing formal First Article Inspection (FAI) reports for customer and internal use.\nSelecting and using appropriate measurement tools and equipment to verify dimensional and functional requirements.\nCollaborating and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, Production Planning, and Logistics.\nLeading or supporting activities to maintain the calibration status of inspection, testing, and measurement equipment.\nPerforming other quality-related duties as assigned.\nYOU HAVE:\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nAbility to read schematics, technical drawings, and process documentation. Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is a plus.\nEnglish skills\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in a quality or manufacturing environment.\nCAD experience\nAbility to use measurement tools and techniques.\nExperience with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) is preferred.\nSkills\nStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills - Polish & English.\nExcellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.\nAbility to interpret order requirements, quotations, and technical drawings and make sound judgments.\nAbility to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, coating thickness gauges, and similar equipment.\nSkilled in identifying root causes of routine issues and developing effective corrective actions and recommendations.\nAbility to interpret and apply Quality System procedures, ISO standards, and related documentation.\nProficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office applications.\nExperience with ERP systems; knowledge of M3 is an advantage.\nWE HAVE:\nA dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day\n\nnVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
