Builds out complex project schedules with ease.\nDemonstrating communication skills running multiple projects - impacting collaborators across the business. Can handle team conflicts.\nTaking action while there is still ambiguity, making decisions in a timely manner and driving for results. Prioritize and plan team resources to meet project commitments\nHas solid abilities for influencing multi-functional teams. Breaks down silos. Brings all teams together effectively.\nUnderstand metrics for financial discussions at a project level (NPV, IRR, CER, etc)\nYOU HAVE:\nRequired\nBachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical\nTotal 10 + years of experience and out of 8 years of experience in project management\nDeep knowledge of hybrid project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall principles\nProficiency in Jira® project management software and tools\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills\nInfluences system architecture, defines technical strategies\nStrong technical curiosity, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills\nFrequently recommends changes to meet customer needs\nAnalyze technical documents and regulations\nWorks on diverse and ambiguous problems, requiring deeper analysis\nPreferred\nExperience in leading new product development projects.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.\nWE HAVE:\nA dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day\nnVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
