WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In this position, you will get to:
- Lead the Machining & Casting commodity management and support business goals by supplier’s selection, negotiation, and contracting. develop and implement the sourcing strategy. 机加工件、压铸件供应商选择，商务谈判，签订合同，制定和执行采购策略
- Secure that selected supplier portfolio stays competitive from a delivery, quality, cost, negotiate terms and implement regional strategic supplier agreements with support from Global Category Managers. 确保选择的供应商在发货，质量，成本，合同条款方面有足够竞争优势，执行全球物料采购策略
- Drive year over year cost reduction by each commodity, implement lean supply chain set up in conjunction with selected suppliers, and implement supplier risk management to develop alternative supplier plan. 采购物料年度降价，帮助目标供应商精益生产，消除浪费，制定风险控制及备选供应商计划
- Participate in Supply driven value engineering workshops and multi-functional team activities. 参加供应链发起的价值工程及其他跨团队成本控制项目
- Track supplier performance for business review and continuous improvement action review with cross function. 供应商评估及持续改进
- Support request for quotation RFQ process and multi-functional supply needs as required, apply E-Sourcing in quoting process. 支持新项目询价，E-RFQ 等供应商开发相关事宜，
- Support project transfer and localization projects within the budget 转移项目的国产化
YOU HAVE:
- Academic background in bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 学士学位
- 5+ years sourcing / supply management experience in a manufacturing environment. 5年的生产物料供应商开发，供应商管理经验
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, materials management or a related area is strongly preferred, with equivalent experience also considered. Ability to interpret complex drawings, engineering specs and standards 工程设计，生产设计，物料管理或相关专业,能翻译理解复杂的图纸，技术规范。
- Sourcing Experience in electronic or related industrial products. 工业电子产品采购，供应商开发经验
- Must have intermediate to advanced English language skills. Familiar with MS Office software 能熟练使用英语进行工作交流，熟练使用Office 软件
- Ability to adapt to constantly evolving business circumstances; must be able to thrive in a constantly changing business environment. 能适应快速变化的商业环境
- Ability to build and maintain effective work relationships, both internal and external, and establish credibility with business partners. 善于关系管理，包括内部同事关系和外部供应商关系
- Willing to travel 20-30% within China. 20%-30%的时间用于出差
