This position requires coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing warehouse duties, maintaining accurate inventory, and guaranteeing timely delivery of materials to support production timelines. The ideal candidate performs well in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and demonstrates strong organizational and problem-solving skills.\nWhat you will experience in this position:\n· Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.\n· Maintain accurate and timely management of materials received and dispatched.\n· Operate forklift equipment per safety policy including daily lift inspections.\n· Maintain organized warehouse layout and ensure accurate material handling practices.\n· Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory processes.\n· Promote a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment.\nYou have:\n· High school diploma or GED.\n· 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain.\n· Experience in a manufacturing environment.\n· Understanding of shipping and receiving procedures along with inventory control.\n· Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.\n· Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook).\n· Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices.\n· Forklift certification (or ability to acquire).\n· Understanding of shipping regulations at both national and international levels.\n· Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.\n· Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.\n· Ability to occasionally bend 90 degrees & twist 45 degrees.\n· Must be able to operate motorized equipment and all forklift types safely.\nWE HAVE:\nA dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day\nnVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.
