Welder Helper

• WHAT WILL YOU EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Perform welding operations using fluxcore andarc welding.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

  • Inspect and test welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards.

  • Maintain and repair welding equipment and tools.

  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.

  • Keep accuraterecords of work performed and materials used.

  YOU HAVE:

  • Structural steel fluxcorewith the standards of AWS D1.1 and CWB qualifications

  • Certified welder in both GMAW and FCAW

  • Cutting accurately with torches and plasma cuter

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and abilityto work independently.

  • Good communicationand teamwork skills.

  Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

  • Comfortable working in various positions, including standing, bending, and kneeling.

  • Willingness to work in different environments, including outdoor and confined spaces.
