Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.\nAs an Electrical Assembler in Fulton, MO, you will play a key role in building and assembling electrical systems and support structures used in critical applications.\nWHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:\nAssemble electrical and electronic systems, panels, and support structures according to specifications.\nRead and interpret work orders, schematic drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of material to complete assemblies accurately.\nConnect electrical wiring between components following wiring prints and specification requirements.\nMeasure, cut, route, and terminate wire to precise lengths and standards.\nInspect, adjust, repair, or replace components to ensure finished products meet quality specifications.\nMark and tag components to support inventory tracking and product traceability.\nPrepare finished products for shipment, including packaging, touch-up work, and final inspections.\nAssist with loading products and moving materials as required.\nMaintain tools and equipment in safe working condition and report any issues.\nFollow all safety policies, quality standards, and work instructions, and keep the work area clean and organized.\nYOU HAVE:\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\nExperience using hand tools in a manufacturing, assembly, construction, or related environment.\nAssembly and wiring experience preferred; however, we encourage individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn to apply.\nAbility to read and follow written instructions and work procedures.\nExperience reading schematics, electrical drawings, and wiring diagrams is preferred.\nAbility to read a tape measure and interpret point-to-point wiring prints, or a willingness to learn.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.\nProblem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.\nPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.\nTeam members must be able to safely perform a range of physical activities, including standing and walking for extended periods, with frequent use of hands for assembly tasks requiring dexterity and grip.\nRoles may require frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and maintaining balance throughout the workday.\nThis position may require the ability to lift, position, or move materials and components as part of the assembly process.\nEmployees must be able to effectively communicate, hear, and visually assess work to ensure quality, safety, and accuracy in a manufacturing environment.\nWork is performed in a manufacturing setting that may not be climate-controlled and can include exposure to varying temperatures. nVent is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.\nWE HAVE:\nA dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day\nnVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
