Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.\nWHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:\nLead and support electrical operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards \nAssign and coordinate electrical work, equipment installation, and timing to meet production deadlines \nMonitor productivity, labor hours, and schedules; identify and report inefficiencies and roadblocks\nAssist team members with electrical tasks and perform more complex or skilled work as needed\nCollaborate with production teams and management to resolve work-related issues \nMaintain records related to attendance, hours worked, and production reporting\nEnforce safety standards and conduct or support safety meetings as required \nAddress employee concerns or escalate issues appropriately when needed\nYOU HAVE:\nMinimum of 5 years of electrical experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment \n3+ years of experience in electrical enclosure or similar industrial manufacturing\nWorking knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC); NEC training required \nElectrical license preferred but not required \nKnowledge of OSHA regulations, including Lockout/Tagout and electrical testing procedures\nNFPA 70E (electrical safety) knowledge or training preferred \nStrong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills \nAbility to lift materials, stand for long periods, and work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions \nHigh school diploma or equivalent required \nStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safe, efficient workflows\nWE HAVE:\nA dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day\nnVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
