Cross-department collaboration Work closely with production, purchasing, logistics, and quality control teams to align material availability with production schedules. Process improvement: Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in material flow and implement changes to improve throughput, reduce costs, and minimize waste Documentation and reporting. Maintain records of material movements, inventory status, and any deviations from planned flow Compliance and safety.
