Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.\nInventory Control Coordinator\nPay: $19.00/hour\nThe Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through cycle counting, inventory analysis, location audits, and discrepancy resolution. This role works closely with warehouse, production, and finance teams to ensure inventory accuracy, support operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nWHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:\nCarry out daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy throughout the facility.\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.\nMaintain accurate inventory records, part locations, and cycle count documentation within the ERP/MRP system.\nPartner with Operations, Warehouse, and Finance teams to support inventory control initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.\nMonitor inventory performance metrics and communicate opportunities for process improvements.\nSupport Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement activities throughout the warehouse and distribution operations.\nAssist with physical inventories and train team members on inventory control processes as needed.\nSupport warehouse operations, including order picking, material handling, forklift operation, and shipping/receiving activities when required.\nYOU HAVE:\nAcademic Background\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nPrevious Experience In:\nInventory control, cycle counting, or inventory management.\nWarehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics operations.\nWorking with ERP/MRP systems and inventory tracking processes.\nSkills:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and inventory management systems.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nAbilities to Meet the Physical and Environmental Demands:\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.\nAbility to operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, or obtain forklift certification.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment while meeting productivity and accuracy expectations.\nAbility to work safely around warehouse equipment, moving machinery, and varying temperature conditions.\nWE HAVE:\nA dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day\nnVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.
