Your position will be an important part of keeping our facilities and machinery functioning smoothly while supporting our production operations and the Warwick, RI site.\nYou will:\nPerform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient performance.\nTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.\nCollaborate with management and production teams to determine maintenance and facilities needs and implement effective solutions.\nMaintain accurate maintenance records and reports.\nAdhere strictly to safety protocols and company standards.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.\nYou have:\nBroad-based knowledge of machinery both mechanical and electrical, willingness to attend courses and seminars in required areas, and be able to work flexible hours when needed.\nMechanical experience with CNC punch, laser, and press brake machines preferred.\nMechanical, plumbing, and carpentry skills, as well as the desire to develop or improve skills as the need arises.\nSkills in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of industrial equipment.\nMust possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be a self-starter, able to relate to and communicate with individuals at all levels professionally.\nAbility to meet the physical and environmental demands of a plant or manufacturing job. This includes lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in varied environmental conditions.\nAdditional Requirements:\n§ Our Warwick, RI facility is an ITAR-controlled site.
