WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE: Act as a project leader for assigned manufacturing projects, including developing project plans, coordinating resources, supervising costs and schedules, presenting project status, and ensuring project objectives are achieved. Facilitate process improvements using Lean manufacturing tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S) to optimize layouts, improve material flow, and reduce waste. Work with operators, supervisors, and value stream planners to assist manufacturing operations through layout improvements, line balancing, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvement activities. Support the development of business unit improvement plans using value stream maps, metric deployment, and management system assessments. Lead and support capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, including equipment justification, implementation, and startup activities. Review, update, and create work instructions, process documentation, and routing information
