Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.\nWHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:\nDevelop and manage production schedules that support customer demand, project commitments, labor availability, and material requirements.\nCoordinate multiple production schedules across manufacturing, enclosure fabrication, electrical assembly, and shipping operations.\nUse scheduling and capacity planning techniques to identify bottlenecks, balance workloads, and reduce delivery risks.\nPartner closely with Production, Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to align schedules and priorities.\nMonitor schedule performance and adjust plans based on changing business needs, workforce availability, and material constraints.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning accuracy, scheduling effectiveness, and operational efficiency.\nAnalyze production data and schedule performance to drive informed decision-making and improve execution.\nBuild and maintain planning workbooks, reports, and scheduling tools using advanced Excel functionality.\nGenerate schedule updates, metrics, and reports for operations leadership and key stakeholders.\nSupport the ongoing development of planning and scheduling processes as Oracle implementation activities continue to mature.\nTake ownership of production schedules and proactively communicate risks, constraints, and recovery plans.\nYOU HAVE:\nAcademic background in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.\n2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing coordination, or a related operational role preferred.\nExperience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nMicrosoft Excel skills, including functions such as XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Text-to-Columns, Pivot Tables, and workbook creation.\nExperience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable production plans.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.\nERP or MRP system experience preferred; Oracle experience is a plus.\nAbility to work on-site in a manufacturing environment.\nAbility to sit, stand, walk throughout production areas, and climb stairs as needed.\nThis position is primarily office-based within a manufacturing facility. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.
