At nVent Management Company, we seek an ambitious and experienced Oracle ERP System and Security Administrator ready to take on this outstanding chance to create a significant impact.\nWhat YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:\nAct as the main functional specialist supporting Oracle E-Business Suite supply chain processes, including planning, inventory, procurement, coordination, logistics, and manufacturing operations.\nImprove Oracle EBS Supply Chain capabilities, including Inventory, Purchasing, Bills of Material (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), Planning, and Cost Management.\nGather and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications with precision.\nConfigure Oracle EBS solutions using standard functionality and industry guidelines to ensure detailed execution.\nCollaborate with supply chain, planning, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to enhance business processes and system utilization.\nLead impact assessments, solution build reviews, testing activities, and provide deployment support.\nDevelop and complete SIT, UAT, and regression testing plans.\nSolve production issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams and support partners for seamless operations.\nSupport connections between Oracle EBS and linked systems such as WMS, MES, PLM, TMS, EDI, and reporting platforms.\nDrive process standardization, ERP adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives across business units.\nSupport ERP upgrades, acquisitions, carve-outs, site implementations, and ERP consolidation efforts to ensure our systems are world-class!\nYOU Have:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.\nExperience:\n5-7+ years of experience as a business analyst, ERP analyst, functional analyst, or in a similar role.\n1. More than 5 years of functional experience with Oracle E-Business Suite.\nComprehensive knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain modules, such as Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), Bills of Material (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), Material Planning (MRP/ASCP), and budget management.\n1. Demonstrated ability to support manufacturing and distribution environments.\nStrong business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation skills.\n1.
