Join us and be part of an ambitious team dedicated to advancing our innovative electrical solutions worldwide.\nWhat YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:\nSecurity Administration\nCoordinate user security and role-based access controls within Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS.\nOwn day-to-day Oracle ERP security administration across Fusion Cloud and EBS R12.\nDesign, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot role-based access controls.\nBuild and govern Fusion Job Roles, Duty Roles, Privileges, Data Security Policies and Data Access.\nAdminister EBS Responsibilities, Menus, Functions, Request Groups, Profile Options and Security Groups.\nAnalyze access requirements and translate business roles into appropriate Oracle security models.\nManage joiner/mover/leaver, provisioning, de-provisioning and access certification processes.\nPerform SoD analysis, identify conflicts, and coordinate remediation.\nInvestigate complex authorization issues where users have the correct role but cannot access the expected transaction, data, BU, ledger, inventory organization or responsibility.\n Partner with Cybersecurity, IAM, Internal Audit and business process owners on ERP access governance.\nBuild, maintain, and govern security roles, responsibilities, menus, duties, and data access policies.\nRun onboarding, transfers, and termination access processes.\nConduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews and implement remediation activities.\nSupport quarterly user access certifications and audit reviews.\nInvestigate and resolve ERP security-related incidents and access issues.\nPartner with Cybersecurity and Internal Audit teams to maintain compliance with SOX and corporate security requirements.\nOracle Fusion Administration\nCoordinate Oracle Fusion security roles, duty roles, job roles, and data security policies.\nSupport quarterly Oracle Fusion releases and security impact assessments.\nCoordinate testing and validation of role and security changes.\nMonitor environment health, integrations, and application availability.\nSupport Identity Provider (IdP) integrations including Azure AD / Entra ID and Single Sign-On (SSO).\nOracle EBS R12 Administration\nCoordinate Oracle EBS responsibilities, users, menus, request groups, and profile options.\nSupport instance refreshes, cloning activities, patches, and release deployments.\nMaintain workflow notifications, concurrent processing security, and access controls.\nCoordinate with DBAs, infrastructure teams, and led service providers on environment maintenance activities.\nSupport EBS environment governance, system monitoring, and operational compliance.\nCompliance & Governance\nLead ERP access governance processes across Oracle environments.\nHandle and maintain SOX controls related to ERP security and system administration.\nSupport internal and external audit requests.\nDocument security standards, procedures, and operating controls.\nMaintain evidence repositories and compliance documentation.\nTake part in risk evaluations and corrective actions.\nOperational Support\nTroubleshoot user account, access, authentication, and authorization issues.\nSupport major ERP programs, acquisitions, carve-outs, site implementations, and ERP transformation initiatives.\nAssist with environment readiness, cutover planning, and deployment activities.\nProvide mentorship and training to business users regarding ERP security practices.\nDrive continuous improvement of security administration and governance processes.\nYOU Have:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience\n1. Experience:\n5+ years of Oracle ERP administration experience.\nExperience providing support for Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud.\nSolid understanding of role-based security models and ERP access management.\nExperience administering:\nOracle EBS Responsibilities, Menus, Profile Settings, and Security Groups.\nOracle Fusion Role-Based Security Framework.\nSingle Sign-On and identity management platforms.\nUnderstanding of SOX controls, audit requirements, and segregation of duties principles.\nExperience with ERP user provisioning and access certification processes.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nWE HAVE:\nA dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day\nnVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
