Lead and run an elite, high-performance Oracle technical services organization accountable for end-to-end technical delivery, architecture integrity, and operational stability across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.\nThis is not a passive management seat: you own technical strategy, hands-on build governance, complex data migrations, integration pipelines, and AI-enabled modernization. You will drive accountability, eliminate technical debt, and build internal capabilities to scale nVent’s global enterprise systems.\nWhat YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:\nOracle Technical Leadership & Strategy\nLead the shared Oracle technical services group supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 and all related\nOracle applications and integrations\nTake ownership for the technical strategy, architecture standards, operational stability, and delivery capabilities across Oracle ERP platforms.\nServe as the primary technical advisor to ERP leadership, solution architects, business collaborators, and implementation partners.\nEstablish and grow a scalable Oracle Center of Excellence (CoE) that supports both current-state EBS and future-state Fusion environments. Build and scale an internal Oracle Center of Excellence (CoE) to transition technical ownership in-house and aggressively reduce dependency on external consulting partners.\nDrive modernization initiatives that improve automation, scalability, maintainability, and adoption of Oracle cloud technologies. Modernization & Automation : Accelerate cloud adoption, sunset legacy technical debt, and engineer automation pathways utilizing Oracle cloud technologies, VBCS, APEX, and Fusion AI capabilities.\nTechnical Delivery & Development\nOwn technical build and delivery across Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS R12 environments.\nLead the creation and maintenance of reports, integrations, conversions, extensions, workflows, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.\nTranslate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable technical solutions.\nEstablish and enforce development, integration, deployment, and technical build standards.\nReview technical builds, code, and deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with Oracle leading practices.\nDrive technical issue resolution, performance optimization, and root cause analysis across Oracle platforms.\nIntegration, Data & Analytics\nGuide integration architecture and delivery through Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, web services, middleware, and third-party integration platforms.\nDefine integration standards supporting ERP, MES, WMS, TMS, PLM, EDI, CRM, and Data & Analytics platforms.\nCoordinate the technical creation and implementation of data conversion, migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.\nEstablish standards for master data integration, data governance, and data quality management.\nLead the development and support for BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle Analytics, and enterprise reporting solutions.\nEnsure integrations and data processes include appropriate controls for validation, monitoring, exception handling, reconciliation, and supportability.\nPlatform Operations & Security\nMaintain the stability, performance, availability, and supportability of Oracle ERP environments.\nLead environment management, release coordination, patching, upgrades, and production support activities.\nCoordinate disaster recovery, backup, recovery, and business continuity capabilities for Oracle platforms.\nMonitor platform health, utilization, performance metrics, and service-level objectives.\nLead ERP security architecture and operational administration within Oracle Fusion and EBS environments.\nEnsure compliance with security policies, SOX controls, segregation of duties, audit requirements, and cybersecurity standards.\nTeam Leadership & Vendor Management\nLead, mentor, and develop a global Oracle technical team, including Oracle System & Security Administrators, DBAs, OIC Developers, Data Migration Analysts, Oracle Developers, Fusion AI Developers, and Infrastructure Administrators.\nEstablish clear ownership, priorities, performance expectations, and career development plans for technical team members.\nCoordinate delivery across offshore teams, onsite IT organizations, business collaborators, and implementation partners.\nManage and challenge vendor builds, estimates, technical approaches, and delivery commitments.\nEnsure external partners meet agreed quality, schedule, budget, and technical standards.\nBuild internal Oracle capabilities and reduce unnecessary reliance on external consulting resources.\nGovernance & Continuous Improvement\nEstablish and enforce technical governance, architecture standards, security controls, release processes, and development guidelines.\nChair technical build reviews and ensure solution consistency across projects and operational support activities.\nManage technical risks, dependencies, capacity planning, and technical debt reduction initiatives.\nFind opportunities to simplify processes, improve supportability, and leverage emerging Oracle technologies, including AI and automation.\nProvide concise executive reporting on technical delivery status, risks, issues, dependencies, and central initiatives.\nYOU Have:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems)\nExperience:\nOver 10 years of Oracle ERP Technical Expertise\nOver 5 years managing technical groups that support Oracle ERP platforms\nExtensive technical knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud\nExperience assisting Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations or production environments\nExperience leading integration, development, infrastructure, and security teams\nProven track record managing technical resources within extensive ERP programs and production support teams\nDeep expertise in at least two areas:\nIntegrations: OIC/ICS, SOA, REST/SOAP\nReporting: BI Publisher, OTBI, OAC/Oracle Business Intelligence\nData: FBDI, ADFdi, data conversion and migration\nExtensions: VBCS, APEX, Java\nStrong SQL/PL-SQL, fix and performance-tuning skills\nFamiliarity with Oracle ERP areas such as GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain\nSolid understanding of Oracle security, roles, data access and cloud administration\nExperience with ESS jobs, scheduled processes and BIP jobs\nValidated experience leading offshore teams and distributed delivery models\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience leading Oracle environments hosted in AWS\nExperience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)\nExperience in Oracle Fusion Deployments and Cloud Transitions\nOracle
