Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.\nWHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:\nIn this position, you will get to:\nLead production planning and stores operations to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing and on-time customer deliveries.\nDevelop and implement production plans to meet customer demand, optimize resource utilization, and ensure on-time delivery.\nDrive cross-functional coordination with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to support business objectives.\nCustomer order booking & sharing delivery commitment considering process & RM lead time.\nPreparation of daily machine-wise production plan in ERP system\nRelease production orders and travel sheet to work centers as per schedules\nObtain Daily output information (number of finished products against plan etc.)\nPlan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders\nPreparation of material requirement plan based on LOB\nDaily basis monitor OEE, OTIF and operational efficiency.\nChase the concerned departments to deliver parts according to the plan\nPreparation of material requirement sheet according to the bill of material(BOM) & sharing on monthly basis to purchase.\nAnalyze production and inventory metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost, and service levels.\nYOU HAVE:\nUniversity graduate (Mechanical, Automobile.);\nPrevious experience of 8-10 Years in Production & Material Planning and Warehouse Management will be preferred\nWorking knowledge of MS Office and ERP SAP, BI systems\nAbility to understand production processes, cycle time, estimate product takt time, work to deadlines, and orientation towards problem-solving;\nAttention to detail and commitment to quality and results;\nAble to communicate effectively with people from production, sales and back office levels.\nWE HAVE:\nA dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day\nnVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
