You can expect to:\nEnsure the project is delivered in accordance with the Contract/PO and specifications.\nEstablish and manage project schedules with customers and within nVent to meet deadlines.\nIdentify, negotiate, and manage change orders, acquiring necessary approvals before initiation.\nAnalyze project revenue, cost, and profitability, including material and labor costs.\nUpdate achievement billing reports and ensure accurate invoices are sent promptly.\nServe as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle, acting as a liaison between multiple departments.\nReview customer specifications, project quotes, and purchase orders for accuracy.\nLead internal and external project kickoff meetings, build reviews, and status updates.\nIdentify and communicate issues and risks early, driving resolutions to keep projects on track.\nCoordinate customer visits, ensuring smooth logistics for inspections, testing, and meetings.\nPromote nVent with existing customers for potential additional sales opportunities!\nAdhere to nVent safety and quality standards to ensure both nVent and customer requirements are met.\nYOU HAVE:\nA Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, or at least 5 years' experience in industrial manufacturing, engineering, construction, or other related industry fields.\nPMP Certification preferred.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience using Excel, Microsoft Project (or similar scheduling software), and ERP systems such as JDE, Oracle, or SAP.\nExperience working with customers on long-term projects.\nExperience with industrial electrical systems and the ability to interpret and construct according to various specifications.\nStrong time management and complex problem-solving skills.\n Proven negotiation abilities and capacity to manage several projects at once.\nThe skill to interact efficiently with diverse groups across a global commercial context.\nA proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies and industry standards.\nWE HAVE:\nA dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day\nnVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
