Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.\nWhat YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:\nThird Party Risk Management\nLead day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of the Third-Party Risk Management program.\nDevelop and refine third-party risk assessment methodologies aligned to cybersecurity, compliance, operational, and business risks.\nPartner with Procurement, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and Information Security teams to integrate risk management activities into supplier onboarding and lifecycle processes.\nEstablish metrics and reporting to measure supplier risk exposure and program effectiveness.\nDrive remediation and risk treatment activities with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers.\nQuantitative Risk Management\nMature risk scoring methodologies to support quantitative assessment of third-party risk.\nDevelop standardized approaches for measuring and prioritizing risk across suppliers.\nAnalyze risk trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.\nSupport the development of business-focused risk reporting that enables informed decision-making.\nEnterprise Risk Register Management\nMaintain and continuously improve the cybersecurity risk register.\nEnsure risks are documented consistently with clearly defined risk owners, mitigation plans, and target remediation dates.\nFacilitate periodic risk reviews with business and cybersecurity stakeholders.\nTrack risk treatment activities and provide status reporting to leadership.\nProcess Documentation and Governance\nCreate, maintain, and improve program procedures, workflows, and operating standards.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify and standardize processes across risk management activities.\nEnsure documentation remains current and auditable.\nAI and Automation\nChampion the use of AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency.\nIdentify manual activities suitable for automation and implement scalable solutions.\nCollaborate with cybersecurity and business teams to introduce automation into risk assessment, reporting, and workflow management processes.\nEvaluate emerging technologies that can enhance TPRM effectiveness and user experience.\nWhat WE NEED:\nBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Risk Management, or related field.\n5+ years of experience in Third Party Risk Management, Cybersecurity Risk Management, Information Security, Audit, or Compliance.\nExperience using quantitative risk analysis methodologies in conducting supplier risk assessments and managing risk treatment.\nExperience developing or maintaining risk registers and risk reporting processes.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience with GRC platforms such as OneTrust, Archer, ServiceNow, or similar solutions.\nExperience leveraging AI, automation platforms or workflow orchestration technologies.\nWE HAVE:\nA dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day\nnVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
