As a Customer Care Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical and application support to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders throughout the customer journey. You will leverage your technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and customer-focused mindset to resolve product-related inquiries, support customized solutions, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. Working collaboratively with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Customer Care teams, you will contribute to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Customer & Technical Support - Serve as a key contact for technical customer inquiries, providing product guidance, application support, and professional communication through various support channels.

  • Technical Troubleshooting - Investigate and resolve product- and application-related issues, handling standard and moderately complex cases while coordinating escalations when required.

  • Product & Configuration Support - Interpret product specifications, technical documentation, and drawings to support product selection, configuration validation, and solution recommendations.

  • Responsible for the quotation process for modified products and support for customized solutions by clarifying customer requirements and working with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely proposals. Responsible for the entire quote to order process for modified products.

  • Claims & Service Support - Assist with non-standard claims, product replacement requests, and other technical service-related matters, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

  • Case Management & Data Quality - Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and customer communications within CRM and support systems while ensuring high standards of data quality.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Sales, Customer Care, Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Operations teams to provide effective customer solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Continuous Improvement - Stay informed about product updates and contribute to process improvements, knowledge documentation, and initiatives that enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Studies, Business, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical customer support, customer care, inside sales support, or a similar customer-facing technical role.

  • Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, electrical, or technical product environment is preferred.

  • Experience using CRM, ERP, CPQ, configurator, or similar business systems is an advantage.

  • Ability to quickly learn new products, technologies, and digital tools.

Pay Transparency

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.

Monthly Gross Compensation Range:

zł7.083,30 - zł14.700,00 Per Month

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives.
