Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.\nWhat YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:\nIn this position, you will:\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy custom Workday reports and dashboards, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending reports to support business and HR requirements.\nMaintain and enhance existing Workday reports by troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and implementing updates based on changing business needs.\nPartner with HR, People Analytics, COEs, and business stakeholders throughout the report development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through testing and deployment.\nServe as the primary resource for Workday reporting requests, translating business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.\nCreate and maintain a centralized repository of frequently used Workday reports, including report documentation, definitions, ownership, usage guidance, and governance standards.\nEstablish reporting best practices and standards to improve consistency, usability, and data integrity across Workday reporting solutions.\nSupport ad hoc reporting requests and recurring reporting needs for HR leadership and business stakeholders.\nProvide training, documentation, and user support to enhance Workday reporting knowledge and self-service reporting capabilities across the HR organization.\nCollaborate with technical and functional teams to identify opportunities for reporting automation, efficiency improvements, and enhanced user experience.\nYou have:\nAcademic background in Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field; or an equivalent\nExperience:\n3-5 years of hands-on Workday reporting experience with demonstrated expertise in report development and maintenance.\nExperience creating, modifying, and optimizing Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending reports.\nExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into effective Workday reporting solutions.\nSkills:\nAdvanced proficiency with Workday Reporting and Dashboard configuration.\nExperience creating and maintaining calculated fields and report prompts.\nStrong understanding of Workday security and its impact on report design and deployment.\nIntermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.\nExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred.\nWe have:\nA dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day\nWe are a $3.3 billion, high-performance electrical company with a dedicated team of 12,089 people, across more than 80 global locations\nWe have a robust portfolio of product brands dating back more than 100 years and including: nVent CADDY, ERICO, HOFFMAN and SHROFF.\nCommitment to strengthen communities where our employees live and work\nWe encourage and support the philanthropic activities of our employees worldwide\nThrough our nVent in Action matching program, we provide funds to nonprofit and educational organizations where our employees volunteer or donate money\n\nCore values that shape our culture and drive us to deliver the best for our employees and our customers.
