We transform sophisticated data into actionable insights for the CMO and collaborators across Marketing, Sales, Developer, Finance, and Product. This role combines the organized problem-solving approach of a management consultant with the technical expertise of a hands-on analyst. We need an AI native, incorporating AI throughout the analytical process, developing reusable solutions, and ensuring the accuracy and business impact of the outcomes.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nPartner with senior leaders to frame business questions, challenge assumptions, and prioritize analytical work based on business impact. Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans and guide initiatives from recommendation to adoption and measurement.\nSynthesize complex marketing, sales, and developer insights into concise executive briefs, presentations, and dashboards that explain what is happening, why it matters, and what to do next. Tailor the narrative and level of detail to the audience.\nPresent recommendations to senior executives and lead discussions that advise strategy, investment, and execution. Explain assumptions and tradeoffs, incorporate feedback, and build agreement on decisions and next steps.\nExamine campaign results, account journeys, funnel conversion, pipeline, and revenue attribution to identify growth opportunities and recommend where to focus resources.\nApply statistical methods to test hypotheses, distinguish meaningful changes from noise, and assess the likely success of proposed actions.\nDevelop AI-assisted and agentic workflows that accelerate analysis, anomaly detection, and reporting. Validate outputs against source data, protect critical information, and evaluate whether the resulting insights positively guide decisions.\nWhat we need to see:\n8+ years in management consulting at a strategy consulting firm or similar, synthesizing analysis and advising senior executives. A degree or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.\nProven experience synthesizing complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior executives, presenting and facilitating discussions in leadership meetings, and influencing cross-functional decisions through adoption and measurable outcomes.\nAn AI-native working approach, proven through analytical workflows or tools you have built and used, with an ability to evaluate generated code and conclusions, identify errors, and apply human judgment.\nStrong analytical judgment in statistical analysis, experimentation, attribution limitations, and the distinction between correlation and causation. Ability to structure ambiguous questions and explain the implications and limitations of findings.\nExperience building dashboards, data models, and visualizations in modern AI-first BI tools, with an emphasis on clear data storytelling, usability, and data quality.\nShown ownership of analytical projects, strong documentation, and experience influencing cross-functional teams while delivering independently in a constantly evolving environment.\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nA track record of influencing senior executive decisions through presentations and business reviews, with examples of recommendations adopted and measurable business outcomes.\nSQL and practical Python familiarity, with hands-on experience exploring large datasets in a modern cloud analytics platform.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Amplitude, and with account engagement, pipeline progression, lifecycle measurement, and proactive usage of social listening data.\nExamples of AI agents, analytical web apps, or automated intelligence briefs embraced by business users, with evidence of improved speed, accuracy, or decision making.\nExperience with forecasting, marketing incrementality, or developer ecosystem analysis, including product usage and publicly available engagement data.\nNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers!
