In this pivotal role, you will work directly with software solution providers, developers, and industry professionals to champion the adoption of NVIDIA’s advanced AI and computing platforms across the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep technical expertise combined with a passion for developer advocacy, knowledge of the ecosystem in CIS and a talent for communicating how NVIDIA technology can solve complex, real-world challenges.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDevelop and maintain deep technical expertise in agentic AI systems, open models, data science applications, and GPU-accelerated computing. Serve as the trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for the developers within the CIS ecosystem, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies.\n\nAccelerate critical software company workloads by demonstrating and integrating the NVIDIA software stack (tools, libraries, SDKs, open models, NIMs, and blueprints) into partner products, platforms, and pipelines.\n\nGuide partners through onboarding and integration by providing technical resources-such as sample code, guides, and demo pipelines-to accelerate ecosystem adoption and foster co-innovation of next-generation solutions in CIS.\n\nMap and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with engineering, product management, and marketing to inform roadmaps and optimize partner adoption strategies.\n\nEngage partner technical leaders to drive best-practice integrations and resolve technical challenges, using regular syncs to track adoption, surface new workflows, and channel critical field insights back to NVIDIA product teams.\n\nRepresent NVIDIA at industry and developer events\n\nCommunicate the business and commercial value of integrating the NVIDIA platform into software company’s products\n\nThis is a builder role that must be adaptable and adept at working with cross-functional, matrixed teams\n\nWhat We Need to See\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nA minimum of 8+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architect, product management, including 5+ years of direct hands-on experience working in the CIS region.\n\nProven experience leading, partnering, scaling developer programs at major technology companies, and working on product integration with vertical-specific technology platforms or horizontal business applications.\n\nSignificant technical depth in AI/ML, customization of open models, or creation of agentic systems and contributions to product integrations and software libraries.\n\nExperience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams - including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops\n\nProven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external collaborators (across sales, legal, product or marketing teams as needed).\n\nSkilled at distilling complex technical concepts for audiences from engineers to executives, with end-to-end experience in defining, integrating, building, and jointly marketing solutions with strategic ISV partners.\n\nFluency in Russian and English\n\nWays to Stand Out from the Crowd\nHands-on experience building or optimizing AI solutions with software companies building vertical specific technology platforms or horizontal business applications.\n\nExceptional ability to distill complex technical concepts and articulate value propositions to audiences ranging from AI/ML Engineers to C-suite executives, with end-to-end experience defining, integrating, building, and bringing solutions to market with strategic ISV partners\n\nWith competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the world’s most desirable employers!
