NVIDIA’s Legal Department operates at the intersection of law and technology. We provide legal solutions impacting some of the most important trends in technology, including graphics, artificial intelligence, and high-performance computing. As a team, we engage with engineers and management on a vast array of legal issues across the world!\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nPartnering with the legal team and executive team on our IP licensing matters.\n\nManaging our pre-litigation activities relating to IP licensing.\n\nNegotiating licenses.\n\nWhat we need to see:\nA J.D. degree and license to practice law in California.\n\n10+ years of experience in U.S. federal IP litigation.\n\n4+ years of leadership experience.\n\nStrong written and oral advocacy.\n\nGreat judgment and management skills.\n\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nTechnical expertise in computer hardware and software.\n\nEngineering degree or equivalent is a plus.\n\nNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
