As the Director of Network Delivery and Security, you will play a pivotal role in our journey to excellence!\nWhat you'll be doing:\nLead network delivery for data centers, labs, and offices from build through validation, ensuring flawless execution across our global portfolio.\nChampion architectural standards to maintain alignment and raise deviations early for collaborative resolution.\nContribute to technology choices by evaluating delivery, supply, cost, and operability, and ensure approved technologies are successfully implemented.\nDevelop secure networks through the application of InfoSec policies, guaranteeing consistency to local regulations, and keeping documentation current.\nDrive automation in network infrastructure, guiding investments in CI/CD, orchestration, and AI tools.\nHire, develop, and mentor engineering teams, encouraging collaboration across regions and time zones.\nCoordinate capital-funded programs, making sure local labor laws are observed and preparing team capacity based on the build roadmap.\nPartner with multi-functional teams to turn requirements into delivery plans and keep leadership informed on program status and metrics.\nWhat we need to see:\nBachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent experience). Advanced degrees (M.Tech/M.S./PhD) in relevant fields are a plus.\n15+ years of experience in building and managing large-scale hybrid networks, with 6+ years of leadership experience.\nProven track record in delivering multi-site network programs on schedule and within budget.\nSolid knowledge of network security principles and the ability to implement and verify them.\nFamiliarity with security audits, penetration testing, and compliance frameworks.\nExperience leading distributed teams and managing vendor relationships.\nDeep expertise in networking protocols and technologies.\nExperience with network automation tools and scripting languages.\nStrong collaborator management and executive communication skills.\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nExperience with large-scale GPU/AI networks and high-performance fabrics.\nBackground in building secure networks for manufacturing sites or large-scale data centers.\nExpertise in deploying AI or agent-based tools in network operations.\nCertifications like CISSP or CISM, CCIE or JNCIE.\nDedication to building a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing team.\nWidely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
