NVIDIA is at the forefront of advancing research and delivering product innovations for the broader AI community!\nAs the Nemotron Product Manager for Model Risk, you will lead key areas of NVIDIA's model risk management portfolio, addressing frontier challenges in cybersecurity, content moderation, data protection, and more. Nemotron makes model checkpoints, datasets, and training techniques available to the community to help minimize risk and broaden adoption. You will define model safety requirements and evaluations, partnering with research and engineering teams to reduce harmful outputs and improve model robustness. You will also engage with customers to define products and roadmaps, develop business strategy and market positioning, and bring products to market. We need a self-starter to grow this area and help build the future of AI.!\nWhat you'll be doing:\nEnterprise Model Risk Management: Define requirements for model evaluations and mitigations, such as post training improvements and guardrails\nContribute to Open Source: Publish and guide the community on best practices for identifying and mitigating open model risks.\nDefine and Prove: Collect insights and build market analysis that provides the data to enter or change new markets through a clear value proposition for the product\nMarket intelligence: Understand the developers, partners, and competitors\nBuild and Deliver: Collaborate with engineering to promote the customer's needs through setting feature priorities across roadmaps\nSense and Respond: Work closely with customers, build surveys, present at conferences, understand product quality and supervise critical bugs\nMarketing content creation: Work with marketing to define positioning that enables the creation of technical content, including blog posts, webinars, developer tutorials, and more to communicate the product value proposition\nProduct launches: Define the go-to-market strategy and provide mentorship to the cross-functional implementation of the plan across marketing, public relations, and sales.\nWhat we need to see:\nBS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical field (or equivalent experience). MBA is a plus.\n15+ overall years of technical product management, or similar, experience at a technology company\n6+ years direct people management experience.\nPassion for delivering software, libraries and SDKs\nProven track record of teamwork across teams, customers, and partners\nOutstanding interpersonal and public communication skills with a shown ability to articulate a value proposition to technical and non-technical audiences\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nBackground working with Large Language Models, specifically with setting evaluation tasks as well as curating data, training or fine-tuning, to increase model capabilities\nExperience with enterprise AI safety, responsible AI, or model risk management.\nNVIDIA is widely considered one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
