You will drive complex software and firmware programs powering NVIDIA’s next-generation AI data centers, from early technology initiation and pathfinding through Plan of Record (POR), detailed planning, and execution.\nThis role combines technical depth, cross-functional leadership, and program ownership. You will partner with Product, Architecture, and R&D leaders and coordinate across TPMs to facilitate decisions, establish executable plans and commitments, and drive delivery. The role may expand to include direct or matrix leadership of a small TPM team.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nDrive large, complex software and firmware programs from technology initiation and pathfinding through POR, planning, and delivery.\nEngage with Product, Architecture, and R&D on requirements, technical tradeoffs, and dependencies, driving clarity on scope, priorities, and decisions.\nTranslate evolving technical inputs into executable plans with clear ownership, milestones, resource commitments, and success criteria.\nDrive alignment and execution across teams, anticipate risks, resolve gaps, and hold stakeholders accountable for commitments.\nCommunicate program status, risks, tradeoffs, and required decisions clearly to technical teams and executives.\nWhat we need to see:\nB.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.\n15+ years of relevant experience in software technical program management, software engineering, or technical leadership with at least 5 years of direct management experience\nStrong software engineering understanding, with the ability to effectively engage in technical discussions about architecture, development, integration, and system dependencies.\nA proven record of driving large, complex, multidisciplinary software programs from early definition through execution and delivery.\nDemonstrated ability to bring focus and clarity to ambiguous problems, exercise sound judgment, manage risks, and secure commitments across organizational boundaries.\nClear, concise verbal and written communication in English, with the ability to align engineers, architects, and executives around decisions and actions.\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nPeople management experience, particularly leading and developing TPMs or technical teams.\nExpertise in storage or networking technologies.\nExperience coordinating strategic programs across global engineering organizations and multiple product generations.\nIf you're creative and autonomous, we want to hear from you!
