NVIDIA is looking for an Engineering Product Manager to develop products for AI, high performance computing, and other datacenter markets.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nCollaborate with senior leaders to develop product strategies and development plans for datacenter products and power solutions. Own programs from concept and design through bring-up, validation, and mass production.\nEngage with JDM partners as an extension of the engineering team to achieve the highest levels of product performance and quality. Align all parties with clear requirements and timelines.\nDevelop, supervise and refine product execution plans included staffing, schedules, contingencies. Test all plans against precision.\nContinually identify and communicate the most critical priorities on the project. Align and lead a multi-functional team to complete those priorities.\nChampion excellence, continuous process improvement, including automation and corrective actions.\nWhat we need to see:\n10+ years of overall experience with 5 years of leadership experience within the industry\nBachelors degree or equivalent experience\nClear understanding of technical and logistic challenges that need to be met to deliver industry leading power solutions or server platforms\nAbility to empower and lead a multi-functional team to tackle sophisticated System/HW/SW integration challenges\nExcellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills, organizational capabilities, and collaborative and interpersonal skills\nCollaboration experience with suppliers, development partners, and customers from product definition through mass production\nAbility to multi-task and drive complex programs\nWith highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology industry's most desirable employers!
