Collaborating with Facilities leadership, the Facilities Services Manager coordinates employee commute, transportation, and parking initiatives; partners with vendors to provide workplace services (such as janitorial, landscaping, pest control, interior plants). This role partners closely with Real Estate, Planning, HR, IT, EH&S, and Security to deliver a best-in-class employee experience!\nWhat you'll be doing:\nLead employee commute and parking programs, including TDM reporting, sustainability initiatives, and DOT/FMCSA compliance.\nProvide premier facilities services by leading all aspects of services vendors (janitorial, landscaping, pest control, interior plants), including budgets, service agreements, and Quarterly Business Reviews covering SLA and benchmark performance.\nConduct regular site inspections and audits to verify service levels meet NVIDIA's quality, safety, and sustainability standards, and to drive continuous improvement.\nEnsure compliance with applicable local, county, state, and federal regulations.\nServe as the point of contact for critical issues and act as the primary liaison for MAC (Moves, Adds, and Changes). Coordinate day-to-day move logistics, including large weekend moves, to support the Planning Team.\nLead capital project inception and fulfill the role of project manager for large furniture and move projects, delivering on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to employees.\nBuild positive relationships with the Full-Service Vendor team to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery!\nWhat we need to see:\nShown experience in facilities management with a focus on soft services and vendor oversight.\nExperience leading employee commute programs\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\n5+ overall years of experience with 2+ years managerial experience\nBroad knowledge in the areas of facilities management.\nShown experience handling vendor management and service contracts.\nExperience leading site services and programs.\nShown analytical and technical problem-solving skills.\nWe have some of the most forward-thinking and dedicated people on the planet working for us.
