This role is for an individual who has shown leadership in supporting customers and is an experienced specialist in embedded systems, software, and application development. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with sales and support customer technical engagement, working cross functionally with our internal teams as well as our partner ecosystem. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a capacity to work independently are key success factors for this role.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nWork with customers to develop a keen understanding of their system architectures, challenges, objectives, and technical needs - and help them define highly valued solutions that meet these needs\n\nBe the trusted advisor for our customers, help them with our Jetson SDK and edge AI inference software, supporting our sales partners and customers\n\nWork closely with the NVIDIA application and engineering teams to ensure customers are successful in developing their embedded systems, answer their questions directly, via email, and on the NVIDIA developer forum\n\nWork with customers to reproduce issues and help identify root causes\n\nProvide technical and sales training to ecosystem and channel partners\n\nEstablish trusted relationships and communication channels with internal teams\n\nWhat we need to see:\nBS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience\n\n2+ years of work-related experience in a high-tech electronics industry in an embedded design role or technical customer support role\n\nLinux, embedded SW and embedded application expertise\n\nC, C++, and Python coding\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nStrong written and oral communications skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with management and engineering\n\nStrong time-management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities, and implementations of new technology and products into very complex projects\n\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nNVIDIA GPU development experience\n\ngStreamer, ROS, and/or OpenCV experience\n\nDeep Learning and/or AI experience\n\nFunctional safety experience\n\nYour base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
