This role is a great fit for software engineers with broad curiosity across software and firmware who also enjoy getting close to the hardware - bringing up real platforms, tracing issues down through firmware and into silicon, and seeing how it all comes together in production. You'll work directly with customers and partners on NVIDIA-based Data Center platforms, gaining hands-on experience across the full product life cycle from design review through mass production.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nSupport customers and partners through the full Data Center product life cycle, from project kick-off and design review to mass production.\n\nHelp validate that partner BIOS, BMC, and UEFI implementations follow NVIDIA specifications and requirements.\n\nAssist with platform bring-up and perform first-level triage on firmware, hardware, and networking issues.\n\nCollaborate with NVIDIA engineering experts to support customer questions on manufacturing and quality assurance.\n\nBuild solid understanding of the software and firmware stack on Data Center servers and apply CPU/GPU and Network fundamentals to support customer engagements.\n\nHelp create and deliver technical training materials to support customers adopting new NVIDIA technologies.\n\nDomestic and overseas travel required as needed.\n\nWhat we need to see:\nPursuing a MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field\n\nFamiliarity with Linux-based development and operations.\n\nStrong programming skills in C, C++, or Python\n\nGenuine interest in Data Center firmware and software technologies -
