This role offers you the ability to assist in building NVIDIA’s next generation of high-performance computing products. You will work with HW and SW engineers to prepare and carry out intricate test plans for GPU accelerated computing products. Along the way, you will confront exciting technical problems. If yes, we encourage you to apply.\nWhat you will be doing:\nDebug and validate groundbreaking hardware.\nWork with hardware and software engineers, program and technical leads, silicon engineers, and thermal/mechanical engineers for product development, validation, and debugging, to ensure quality products are brought to market.\nBe among the first internal ‘customers’ for early prototypes of a new product. Help clear the path for release to our external customers by solving tough system and board level issues.\nPerform PHY layer electrical testing and debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab equipment.\nValidation will include CPU, GPU, AC and DC power solutions, NVLink, PCIe, I2C, I3C, JTAG, UART, USB, SPI, and many others.\nConduct system level performance testing using industry leading Deep Learning/AI applications.\nWhat We Need to See:\nA Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of Electrical engineering or Electrical and Computer Science.\n2+ years of relevant work experience \nHardware/software debug experience.\nAbility to communicate clearly and effectively in both spoken and written forms.\nDeep understanding of computing architectures.\nSome exposure to Linux command line operation and Python.\nAbility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is a new challenge.\nA passion for learning and working on the cutting edge of technology.\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nUnderstanding of DC/DC power supply operation and all sensor feedback control.\nProficiency in waveform analysis and PHY layer debug.\nBackground with system level validation, IO interconnect, PCI-Express high-speed data switches.\nExperience with BMC, server management processors.\nWidely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
